"Jyothis" programme

This programme is to establish Solar Power Plants under RESCO Model in State and Central government buildings. Solar plants can be deployed at State and Central government buildings with zero investment from the building owner (RESCO Model).

• Free Operation and Maintenance for 25 Years
• Fixed Tariff of INR 3.97 per Unit of electricity for 25 Years
• Plant size - Minimum 50kWp
• Shadow Free area required (either RCC or GI Shed)- Minimum 500 sq.m

Brief details of the programme

Design, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, civil work, erection, testing & commissioning of the grid connected rooftop solar PV project including Operation and Maintenance (O & M).

The project will be implemented under RESCO model, by the selected agency with its own investment, and sell clean energy to the Government building at ₹3.970/kWh.
